The SS80 is an infrared sensor switch that detects body-heat movement from people and animals with a body temperature of approximately 36–37°C. Its compact design is suitable for installation on walls and wall corners. Công tắc cảm biến hồng ngoại SS80 có các nút chỉnh cách thức hoạt động như sau:
- LUX button: Adjust light or dark environment recognition mode to activate infrared sensor mode:
- Nếu người dùng điều chỉnh nút LUX xoay về phía “mặt trời “thì cảm biến sẽ luôn luôn được kích hoạt. Trạng thái sẵn sàng nhận chuyển động thân nhiệt trong vùng quét để bật đèn. Còn gọi là cảm ứng cả ngày lẫn đêm.
- Nếu người dùng điều chỉnh nút LUX xoay về phía “mặt trăng “thì cảm biến chỉ được kích hoạt trạng thái nhận chuyển động thân nhiệt trong vùng quét để bật đèn khi môi trường thiếu ánh sáng (tối). Nghĩa là chỉ cảm ứng bật đèn trong môi trường tối (hoặc mờ tối tùy mức độ điều chỉnh nút Lux)
- Nút TIME: Điều chỉnh thời gian tự tắt, trong khoảng thời gian có thể chỉnh tự tắt từ 10 giây đến 10 phút. Thời gian trễ này sẽ được bắt đầu tính lại trong chu kỳ cảm ứng mới.

MỘT SỐ LƯU Ý SAU KHI LẮP ĐẶT VÀ VẬN HÀNH THỬ:
- Trước khi chạy thử, nên kiểm tra lại nguồn vào cảm ứng và nguồn ra đèn đã có chưa?
- Trong khi kiểm tra thời gian trễ (thời gian tự tắt đèn) thì cần chỉnh Nút LUX ở vị trí “mặt trời”. Không để bất kỳ ai di chuyển vào khu bán kính của cảm ứng. Vì có người di chuyển đến sẽ sáng liên tục. Nên để thời gian trễ thông thường cho hành lang là 2-3 phút (khoảng 10-20% phạm vi điều chỉnh), WC khoảng 5 phút (khoảng 40-50% phạm vi điều chỉnh).
- Trường hợp muốn cho cảm ứng chỉ bật đèn khi trời tối. Lúc này cần chỉnh cho nút LUX ở vị trí khoảng giữa (50%) khoảng điều chỉnh. Vì nếu chỉnh hết về phía “mặt trăng” thì cần phải thật sự tối cảm ứng mới bật đèn. Nếu khi trời tối mà có bất kỳ ánh sáng nào khác của đèn xung quanh chiếu vào, cảm ứng sẽ vẫn không bật và có thể bật nhưng sẽ không ổn định.
- Đèn lắp qua cảm ứng thường xuyên tự bật ngẫu nhiên: Kiểm tra lại xem khu vực lắp đặt có nhiều xe qua lại không, có cây cối, rèm cửa bị gió lùa quơ qua quơ lại không? Nếu có thì cần dán bớt kính cảm ứng lại, chỉ để trống phía người trong nhà di chuyển ra.

- If the hallway or balcony is close to a walkway or road with many people passing by, choose the SS80 infrared sensor. Part of the sensing area facing the road can be covered with tape to prevent the light from turning on unnecessarily. In particular, the SS80 sensor head can be tilted up or down by 30–45° to adjust the detection area.
- For hallways and walkways in hotels, bus stations, and showrooms, use RS03B or RS04 microwave sensors for longer detection range and higher sensitivity.
- For outdoor hallways, choose the SS80 infrared sensor. The RS05B microwave sensor can also be used because it provides excellent moisture resistance.
