Description

SS302 RECESSED CEILING INFRARED SENSOR SWITCH

SS302 is an infrared sensor switch with a highly convenient recessed ceiling design. It automatically turns the light ON when body-heat movement is detected within the sensing area. The product has been improved with 3 PIR sensors, providing faster and more accurate motion detection. It is suitable for installation in hallways, balconies, small restrooms without partitions, and more, bringing a modern and elegant look to the installation space.

Equipped with 2 TIME and LUX adjustment knobs to suit user needs:

• LUX Knob : Adjusts the ambient light level to activate the infrared sensing mode:
  • If you adjust the LUX button, rotate it towards "sun symbol, the sensor will operate both day and night.
  • If the LUX knob is turned toward “3–30 Lux”, the sensor will operate at night. 30 Lux is equivalent to around 5:00–6:00 PM, and the light will automatically turn ON when someone moves within the sensing area.

• TIME button : Adjusts the delay time before the light automatically turns OFF after the person leaves the sensing area. The switch-off delay can be adjusted from 10 seconds to 10 minutes. This delay time will restart when a new sensing cycle is detected.

Once the device has detected movement and turned the light ON, the light/dark sensing mode will no longer affect body-heat motion detection during that sensing cycle.

APPLICATIONS OF THE SS302 MOTION SENSOR SWITCH

• The SS302 infrared sensor switch automatically turns lights ON and OFF for restrooms, staircases, hallway lights, balconies, homes, hotels, and more.

BENEFITS OF USING THE SS302 INFRARED SENSOR SWITCH

• Safer for users because there is no need to frequently touch electrical switches. In particular, restroom switches can contain many germs that may spread disease.
• Safer for children and elderly people who may otherwise need to search for switches to turn on staircase or restroom lights. It helps reduce the risk of electric shock caused by electrical leakage or touching traditional mechanical switches with wet hands.
• Saves electricity when users forget to turn off the lights after leaving, especially in families with children.
• Anti-theft when installed at gates, balconies... because when someone breaks in, the light will turn on and the thief will not dare to enter again.
