SPC01 12V Water Pump Float Switch Control Panel

Available in Two Versions: SPC01-25A and SPC01-63A

The SPC01 Water Pump Float Switch Control Panel is designed to automatically control a water pump based on the water level in a tank or storage reservoir. The panel uses the KAWASAN SPC01 float switch controller, which receives signals from float switches through a low-voltage 12V DC circuit, then switches the 220V power supply to the water pump ON or OFF.

The product is available in two versions:

• SPC01-25A: Suitable for water pumps with a maximum power of 2.2kW.
• SPC01-63A: Suitable for water pumps with a maximum power of 5kW.

Operating principle

When the water level in the overhead tank drops, the float switch sends a 12V signal to the SPC01 controller. The control panel closes the electrical contacts to supply power to the water pump.

When the water tank is full, the float switch sends a signal to the controller, and the panel automatically turns off the pump. If an additional float switch is installed in the underground water reservoir, the system can prevent the pump from running when the source reservoir is empty, helping reduce the risk of dry running.

SPC01-25A

The SPC01-25A is suitable for water pumps with a maximum power of 2.2kW. It is commonly used for household water tanks, underground water reservoirs in townhouses, shops, small offices, rental houses, and residential water supply systems.

SPC01-63A

The SPC01-63A uses a 63A switching device and is suitable for water pumps with a maximum power of 5kW. It is suitable for large rental buildings, small apartment buildings, hotels, schools, factories, warehouses, and centralized water supply systems.

Practical Applications

The SPC01 control panel can be used in water pumping systems that transfer water from an underground reservoir to a rooftop tank. When the rooftop tank is low on water, the pump automatically turns on. When the tank is full, the pump automatically turns off without requiring users to check the water level or operate the pump manually.

For rental buildings, hotels, and other buildings, the control panel helps maintain a stable water supply, reduces the risk of tank overflow, and prevents the pump from running continuously. In factories and production facilities, the product can be used to control water levels in storage tanks, intermediate tanks, or domestic water supply systems.
