WHAT MAKES THE KAWASAN REMOTE CONTROL SWITCH DIFFERENT?

In modern agricultural production and electrical equipment management, optimizing the operation of high-power motors is increasingly important. Therefore, the RF18A-RM2C High-Power remote control switch as developed to meet the needs of large-area irrigation systems. The device is specially designed to directly control high-power pumps of up to 3 HP, making it highly suitable for coffee plantations, pepper farms, orchid gardens, and other agricultural applications. To explore more high-quality smart solutions, you can visit the KAWASAN Smart Electrical Products.

The product uses a high-quality isolated switching power supply with an operating voltage range of 110V to 240V. The circuit supports a rated current of 25A and operates stably at 50–60Hz. All major components are sourced from well-known manufacturers around the world.

The manufacturer has integrated advanced EMC electromagnetic interference protection into the circuit board. This technology helps prevent accidental switching caused by electromagnetic and RF interference from factories. The system uses the 433MHz RF frequency band, providing strong signal transmission through common obstacles. Control signals can pass effectively through glass, wood, thin walls, and concrete ceilings.

The RF18A-RM2C offers high flexibility for everyday use. It can be paired with various compatible remote controls, extending the control range to approximately 300–500m. The system can store up to 5 independent remote controls, making it easy to share operating access with multiple users.

HOW CAN THE REMOTE CONTROL SWITCH BE USED?

The RF18A-RM2C High-Power Remote Control Switch can be used to control irrigation pump systems for fruit gardens, coffee plantations, and fish pond aeration systems. It allows users to conveniently turn the pumps on or off from a distance without having to travel repeatedly to the equipment location, providing more time for other tasks and helping reduce labor costs. Control display lighting systems in stores and showroom signage: Sales staff can proactively turn off unnecessary lights during periods with fewer customers, helping significantly reduce electricity consumption. Provides convenient remote control for equipment installed in high or hard-to-reach locations, or far from the electrical switching point. This helps users avoid spending time repeatedly traveling to turn equipment on or off. CAR WASHING AND AIR-CONDITIONER CLEANING EQUIPMENT The device can also be used to control car-washing pumps, pressure washers, and equipment used for air-conditioner cleaning. Large car wash facilities often use multiple pumps, so several remote control switches can be installed to independently control different pumps during operation.

FACTORS THAT AFFECT REMOTE CONTROL RANGE

• Obstacles

Physical obstacles and terrain such as hills, high-rise buildings, basements, bridges, and other structures can affect the remote control range. Materials and obstacles that strongly absorb electromagnetic waves can significantly reduce the effective transmission distance.

• RF Environment

The fewer radio-frequency signals and sources of interference in the surrounding environment, the longer the effective control range can be. Therefore, the control range in densely populated urban areas may be shorter than in rural areas where RF interference is generally lower.

• Antenna Orientation

Many users assume that pointing the remote control directly toward the receiver will provide the longest control range. However, this is not always the case. A common type of remote antenna is the telescopic rod antenna. Its strongest radiation is generally emitted in directions perpendicular to the antenna. Therefore, when operating the remote from a long distance, holding the remote with the antenna in a vertical position while pressing the button may provide better transmission performance than pointing the antenna directly toward the receiver or relay.
